I’ve had trouble with them figuring out my payments for the past 4 months. One person tells me everything that we discussed is taken care of, and the next person tells me conflicting information. And then the cycle continues the next month on the same issue. I’m becoming extremely frustrated with this place! I signed paperwork yesterday, and today they went against what I signed. And let me tell you, it is no help at all to talk to anyone that works there because none of them are on the same page. I will not be coming back to this place for any future banking. I’ve never had so munch trouble with any place of business! P.S. Marissa is fantastic and this review excludes her. I’ve always had great interactions with her.

I recently moved from miles city, mt to billings, mt. I called to have some money transferred to Stockman Bank. I needed it transferred right away., first they put me on hold the lady gets on and says we are really busy. We will have to call you back. I do not want to close the account, I just wanted to transfer some money. They did a transfer for me last month.

Wouldnt even give me change for 100.00 bc I dont have an account there. Only place open on Saturday. And teller was super rude about it. Good job at losing any chance of a future customer.

Very helpful and very kind loan officers. The window staff can be a little rude at times. But overall a very good banking experience here!
