I just completed a transfer with CCU over the phone. Gave her my account # and password. She didn't ask for any further information but added she could verify the account number of the receiver. All fine and sent the transfer. AND THEN an agent called back, scolding me about needing all my information and verification in the future. I said I gave what was asked and should speak to the teller rather than me, the transfer was already done. The audacity! I was so offended. I would hope they listened to the conversation with the teller before making such a call like that.

I really like Clearwater. They have been good to us on multiple occasions and went out of their way to help me get a personal loan so I could finish school , pay for our wedding, and move. When I had an issue they reached out to resolve the problem we were having asap. They setup a new website and mobile app and it's been much easier to use then the old one. I love being able to send transfers using Zelle because it's super easy to transfer money to my family and there's no fee. Whenever I go into a branch they are very friendly and professional. Thank you for working with us Clearwater.

Jess D. is an exemplary loan officer. She is professional and kind. The Solar Loan process was fairly easy. The Stevensville Branch was very helpful by sending the necessary documents to Jess. Saved me time, which is appreciated.

Very understanding and kind people that work at this bank. All staff have been nothing but friendly professionals. My initial review was not accurate as to how this bank reflects itself in the community. Thank you for reaching out and hearing my experience and wanting to help correct any concerns that I had previously posted. I stand corrected. Thank you again. I would absolutely bank here!

Banking service is great but the loan service is less than desirable. I originally set up my auto pay for the 24th of every month, but my original loan officer didn't set it up correctly in the system. Since I have had to call in every month to have it corrected and I have been reassured it was, only to find out next month it wasn't. This is month 9 of the loan and it's beginning to get really frustrating.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
