No issues with the bank itself, customer service skills are lacking by any of the ladies who answer the phone. Kind of rude and snarky.

I would describe my experience with Richland Federal Credit Union, as the best I have had with any financial institution ever. First the staff was eager to answer every question I had. They helped me in a very professional manner, as I opened up an account, applied for loans, etc. I would recommend Richland Federal to my closest family member, or friend. Willie P

I love Richland federal credit union. No problems at all and the service is wonderful. I will recommend to family and friends. I had some issues with other banks but not this one.

I received a letter in the mail saying they were going to shut down my account. So I went and spoke to them (took them the letter and everything) and they informed me I had 45 days to pay the -$13.97. So the next day I go in to pay and they closed my account that morning. I’ll never bank with them again, or refer them to anyone.

They dont take money from you for not spending it how they tell you like Wells Fargo does. You have local people helping you, they recognize you, and are able to help.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
Your deposits are federally insured up to $250,000 per account category by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA).
