Our locally owned and operated coffee shop, KREMA has had such a great experience with Park Side Credit Union and specifically Deb Stanley-Graham who works helping community outreach. She loves to say “YES!” to our community events from Teachers getting coffee and doughnuts, to our local Bitterrroot Health. She helps organize Park Side pays which gives all customers a drink on Park Side. She’s there with a smile, engaged with our community and we are thankful and appreciative for Deb and Park Side! Thanks from KREMA and our Bitterroot Community!

Online baking website is a joke, so I visited in person. Lobby visits are painful. Service is slower than the second coming. Incompetence is their motto. It is a mystery why this is so because they always seem to be overstaffed with several people doing a lot of nothing. After waiting for the manager to finish talking with a customer who was only there to chat, I was going to make a deposit to my account. I was surprised to find out the account I had for 12 years was closed. After a 10 minute explanation full of excuses about the post office (where I worked for 30 years so I know better) which had nothing to do with Parkside closing my account, I left. I'm actually glad. There are other banking institutions in town that are much more efficient and have better customer service. Parkside, I won't miss you!

I had the BEST experience with Lori today. My goodness, she was just so patient with me when it came to ordering checks and explaining the Yeti Giveaway promo, and teaching me the ins and outs of how to USE a checkbook etc. We laughed so much while she was breaking down the process for me… baby steps. Thank you Lori for taking me under your wing and teaching me a thing or two about “adulting” today:). Your kindness and patience made all the difference to me. I’m so thankful.

Went in to get a small loan my credit is not great and I know that. It sucks knowing you can't get helped it sucks feeling like a loser it sucks knowing you have no one to blame but yourself I should have cared more about my credit when I was younger. I don't blame parkside I enjoyed my experience there even though it did not work out Angela o was amazing with me truly great woman so kind and for a moment when she was trying her best to help I did not feel like a lost cause I felt good about myself and she did that so thank you so much.☺️ Again not parksides fault just the way things go sometimes lol.

Haven't been happy with my account at Parkside. They don't do anything for me. I generally have to reach them for perks that would make my life easier. Or even just services I may need. I have always had to be the ones to contact them. Today I went into the Whitefish location. Got Hannah. Who had less than ok customer service. She didn't make me feel like I wanted to deal with her ever again, and hopefully I never will. Ive done service work my entire life so customer service is not an area I'm ok being skimped out on. I'm on my lookout for my next credit union, once I find it I am done with this one.
