Rude, dismissive employees who act like it's a burden to do their job. A teller in the lobby sighed loudly when she looked up and saw me standing at the window, then proceeded to do less than the bare minimum in assisting me. I went in to create an account but was unable to because this person asked no follow-up questions and, upon telling me they wouldn't cash my check, stopped talking and went back to looking down at something.

Two weekends in a row we cannot make an online payment or phone payment because it says daily limit declined. We have a 1000 limit per card and had only spent maybe fifty bucks. They keep saying they don’t know what happened, maybe a glitch in the system. They did call me and said it was 1000 per account, which don’t even cover online payments plus gas and groceries! So they raised it to 3000 but said they wouldn’t cover fraud over 1000. I told them we were ready to go to another bank that offers 3000 and it stinks because we have been there 20 years. They said that was fine. Twenty years of being a member means nothing. Nice

By Far - Libby was able to come up with the BEST Rate and her explanations, knowledge, and Extremely Kind Customer Service was the Top of the Bar!!! Without any Hesitation - FIVE STARS for a job well done Libby and Applause and Sincere Appreciation from another Very Happy Customer!!! Brenda Elley

I used to love this bank and had no issues. Recently haven't been getting the best customer service with attitudes and snoody looks. I also was given false information regarding my account and card and funds were taken out of my account without permission and won't be refunded. I'm truly a very nice person and the whole thing makes me really upset... Sucks because I never had issues and they won't work with me at all on getting what I asked fixed. Charged me for a new card when I was told I wouldn't be charged. A lady told me they always charge 10$ for new cards... But my parents go through them as well and when given new cards were charged 30$ 15 each and was told it's always been 10$ per card. But they were charged 15$ per card. My first cared I ever ordered was 5$. Not sure what's happening but not to impressed😬 will be switching banks after waiting money🙂

We went in looking for an ATM and possibly opening a new account. The young ladies were curt and dismissive when my Mother asked about using their ATM. A little kindness and patience goes a long way. We just moved to Hastings two weeks ago
