Used to absolutely love the credit union and there were people in the past who were amazing and helpful, however I’ve recently had extremely poor experiences. It’s been a rough year (several back to back unexpected surgeries and a single mom with a disabled child) and I missed a couple credit card payments, called them to ask for help getting caught up as I had never missed a payment until now. I was offered an unreasonably high amount to pay without offering to break it up at all. I explained I was not able to do that much and asked for other options. They never responded to my email and then when I requested a new debit card, they denied it stating I was past due. Again, I told them I tried to ask for help, but got nowhere. The lady and I emailed several times and she told me she sent it all the way up the chain, but I NEVER got a response from anyone. Then when I reached out again to the same woman, I never got a response from her when she told me to let her know if I didn’t hear back. Long story short, they are holding my money hostage as this is where my check deposits (now changed) and I can’t access my funds or get responses. Absolutely horrendous support for a long time (almost 20 years) account holder. I can’t believe it’s gotten this poor and it’s gutting not having access to my funds when I need them.

Needed to get a loan recently and Nebraska Federal Credit Union was a blessing! Ahmaad helped me with my loan and made the whole process easy and simple to understand and follow through with. 10/10!

Spencer and Ahmaad were very helpful in assisting me with my auto loan. As a first time loan applicant, they answered any and all questions that I had. I recommend the University of Nebraska Federal Credit Union for your next loan!

The credit union is an outstanding resource for our community—always helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. Their loan rates are among the best, and I’ve truly valued having them as part of my portfolio for many years.
