I am very young trying to start a business and throughout my year of starting it centris has helped me every time. Also today I went and they added a dollar that I had previously missed when counting it so they are just great and have been a great help. Sincerely, Zach Stamm

Been with this bank for a long time and their card service absolutely sucks. Anything happens outside of banking hours and you're screwed. Constantly having to call just to be able to spend my own money. Its ridiculous

Called to see why I was charged for something verified transactions, my name, my account number and offered to verify more. Was told they couldn't help me without me coming into a branch with a photo id because I SOUNDED like a female and my account says I am male. I am very much a male but who are they to say what my voice sounds like over the phone. So if you sound "feminine and are male" or sound "masculine and are female" dont use this bank they won't be able to assist you over phone calls

I went to Centris for the first time recently to open an account and ask about a small loan. I was immediately greeted by 2 employees and was offered a coffee. They explained the account details clearly and thoroughly and made sure the mobile app was set up properly before I left. After this, I spoke with Tony about the loan. I was approved quickly, I had auto pay set up, and every detail was explained very clearly before anything was signed. I would 100% recommend Centris. 5 out of 5 stars.

Horrible customer service! You let someone deposit money into to and account that was closed with no notification. My money was locked up with you guys over new years weekend (four days) because you allowed me to deposit money without informing me I no longer had a checking account with you guys for non usage. It's embarrassing to go to make a purchase and have your card decline when you know you just deposited hundreds of dollars. The lack of communication it insane. Not to mention you're sending me flyers weekly about other services you offer but no notifications about my account being closed. If there were a small chance I missed the memo you would think your employees would notify the customer about the status of the account. The cashier that deposited my money said absolutely nothing about the status of my account when I gave her the debit card to deposit money into my checking account. I am not happy. I thought credit unions were supposed to be better than traditional banking. This doesn't seem to be the case. Do better.
