The staff is friendly, courteous, professional, and quick! The building (North) has ample parking, was clean inside and out and I felt secure with locked front doors. The only thing I could add: when the front doors are unlocked for you, it would be nice if the unlock notification sound was a little bit louder. But I’m still giving them 5 stars!

I have been a member of the credit union since I became an educator in the 70’s. Throughout the years, they have ALWAYS been exceptional! I can confidently say they truly put their members first. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and genuine care. I recently worked with them on a service I needed and the entire process was clear, efficient, and stress free. The staff took the time to explain my options, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. They have always been my first call for a car loan, home loan, personal loan, savings account or any questions about finances. This credit union have consistently been amazing throughout the years. Donna was great with helping me set up my account for my aut0-loan and did not need to say, "where is it?". She did a great job, and this review is just my piece to give back and say Thanks!

This used to be a really good bank. After New Years all locations are alternating which Saturdays they're open, which is frustrating since Saturdays are my most convenient day to go in. I then looked into other ways to pay my loan, which all their "convenience fees" made me feel like I was banking with a large greedy National bank. I can't wait til my loan is paid off.

I've had this bank for several years now, even when they were still "First Nebraska Educators Credit Union." They are always so very polite, friendly, down-to-earth and helpful. It's a smaller bank and that's what makes me feel comfortable about them. They are accommodating, not intimidating. I will probably always have FNCU. No reason to stop. :)
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
