I especially want to thank Alicia who handled my loans. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, quick to respond, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish! One of the best parts was that I was able to complete everything over the phone, which made the process extremely convenient with my busy schedule! AJ is amazing. Very attentive, and made the auto loan process super easy. He stuck with me while I searched for my next vehicle. This is my 3rd auto loan with Metro and cant say enough good things about them. Very professional, a great experience and fantastic rates.

Metro Credit Union is AMAZING! Easiest pre approval loan and a super low interest rate. (Better than the dealer) was complete in less than an hour. If you are needing assistance ask for Caleb, he worked efficiently and understood exactly what I wanted to do. Thank you!

I have worked with MCU over the years and find them to be top shelf. AJ has been lead on several auto loans personally and for our business. The procedure is simple quick and without a hitch. Just now I completed a more complex series of auto loans and Shalyn Anzalone was my contact. Once again, top flight service and support. I have multiple commercial lines with Local Banks and MCU beats the rates every time; and because of the services I would change as soon as they start a commercial division.
