When they valued their customers and produced low interest rates it was worth staying. But after 35 years, I’ve finally had enough. The incompetence is something else and then acting like it’s the users fault for having a fraudulent charge was just top notch. Taking all my money elsewhere.

Fine if you live in the neighborhood, only spend money once a week and value friendly employees over doing anything useful. For any comprehensive services, look elsewhere. No integrated app, website is super old and not user friendly, low daily limits that they “can’t” extend, one location... not useful for someone with modern spending habits.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional. I have never had someone hang up on me multiple times and them while on speaker phone speak so inappropriate and unprofessionally.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
