OFCU Blair: The 3 women who work here helped my wife and I with public rotary and witness documents. We are both grateful to them for making this a pleasant experience.

Cathy Banks helped me with my loan. She was so professional and extremely friendly at the same time. She truly makes you feel like a member not a number. Thank you Cathy.

Omaha Federal Credit Union in Blair has very helpful employees. Jackie is usually at the drive through window and she always has a smile. She will help me with whatever issue I am having, usually something with the computer. Jackie is so kind and patient when I have a question

I have been a member of OFCU since 2011. I have been working diligently on my credit for the last 2 years. I was approved for a personal loan through OFCU, I was offered a slightly better repayment option because I opted for automatic withdrawal form my checking account to repay the loan. Fast forward to my first payment and I check my credit score and notice my first derogatory mark. I look into this matter and it says my first payment to pay off my personal loan was LATE. I was so confused because I had signed up for automatic withdrawal and I had the funds in my checking account. I called OFCU and the loan officer said there was NOTHING she could do to rectify the mistake that they made, but directly affected my credit score! Just something to keep in mind if considering any loan through OFCU. Happy to announce the loan is now paid in full which no doubt brought up my credit score, but every time I check my updated score that ONE late payment in BOLD RED is staring back at me.
