I have been banking here for about 6 years and I am very happy. The managers have helped me lower my car interest rate and payments. I can easily get loans from them. Most importantly, they are very understanding! At times if I can’t pay my car pymnt, they will go out of their way to help me. Always very nice to me even when I’m frustrated. I highly recommend this bank. My mom has even switched to them.

Have been to this bank three times to cash a cashiers check from them which no other place will cash including my personal bank. Two of the three times the tellers were very rude and made me wait an unnecessary long amount of time because there was no one else present inside the bank other than employees. I would not recommend this bank and the only reason they got 2 stars is due to the one employee that first time I went who was polite and friendly to me.

Very rude, ignorant and liars... Went to the bank to deposit 2 money orders in my account. I was told that they couldn't unless they were from their bank, when asked why I got the answer of "I don't know" from the teller. It made no sense to me because money orders are supposed to be as good as cash, anyways I got upset by this, said a few choice words and left and because I was a little upset because I wasted my time and was then late for work I went a little too fast out of the parking lot. I admit it probably wasn't the best way I could have handled things. The next day we received a letter stating our account was closed with a check for the funds in the account. My wife called them today and they told her that it was closed because I caused a huge scene, the bank manager had to come out of her office which she may have after I left but not while I was there and because we didn't have any direct deposit going into the account. It is a savings account, since when does a savings account require direct deposit to be set up. I was going to go in and apologize for the way I reacted on Monday but didn't see the point after we received the letter. I would not recommend this bank if they were the last bank on earth.

Had an account there paid the $25 fee for my direct deposit to post early. They still charged me $35 for nsf fee too when I did this. So I lost the $25 fee for the early post and $35 for nsf fee. This bank Just wants to make money off of you.
