I applied for a HELOC not knowing exactly what to expect and they were so welcoming and incredibly helpful through our journey. Speak to Osvaldo for your HELOC. He is fast at responding, very knowledgeable and will be more than happy to baby-step you through the process of your loan. I'm so happy to have chosen them. The app is also an absolute breeze to navigate. And if that wasn't enough they had a very nice rep, Veronica, call me to welcome me and show me everything I needed to do on the app in real time. I have been a NFCU member since 2008 but Cobalt has something so special that I'm considering moving everything I have to them.

I wanted to get praise to the loan department, especially Napoleon who helped me acquire a small loan while I’ve been off my feet. The whole team was excellent. Everything went very quickly and I was able to pay bills by the following Tuesday. Thank you so much!

Katie was the lady that helped me out through the drive-through and she’s also I believe a manager had a branch but let me just tell you how helpful she was. She looked at me as a person and not just a number truly helped me out in ways that I can’t even comprehend and because of her, I will be a life customer with you guys. Overall great experience with them so far, they reached out to me to setup my account for an auto loan, and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful and very kind. She made sure I was all setup the way I wanted, and was very helpful when I asked questions.
