Baylee and Fernanda are some of the best tellers to work with. So pleasant and always make me feel like I had a great experience when I left. That teller line is wonderful overall.

We've banked with SFCU for many years and have thoroughly enjoyed our experience with them. Their customer service agents are always pleasant to speak with, quick to respond and always get us sorted out efficiently. We've looked at other banking options and as far as safety features, ease of locations, customer service (both in person with the tellers and calling in to the service center) and card control goes, SFCU is the top option in my opinion!

Be careful if you bank with them because they will likely mistakenly withdraw your money and will not fix it unless you call them. It happened to me three times in the past eight months, and it was nearly $3000 each time. They only said, "Oh, we are so sorry because we missed one number." So that means we are paying $1.99 monthly to prevent what? And if I don't catch the issues, will I lose that money? I spent so much time talking to them over the phone, trying to get my money back from their screw-up.

By far the best bank in Siouxland. Always friendly and available to answer questions. In 13 years I've never had one issue.
