At your Dayton location, I had a very good experience with Andrea. She was very helpful and I gave her five stars on her service that she provided for me. She was very informative and very patient with my situation. She also was very patient and answered all my questions help me to set up my account virtually and inform me how to use all the services that were involved with my account. I give her five stars total. It was a great experience thank you Andrea.

These GNCU associates are AMAZING! I was NOT an easy customer - I was in a rush to get my loan and pushy, which I truly apologize for - I spoke with everyone at this branch during this process. Ronni in loans was the sweetest, she felt like a friend instantly and offered to put a hold on the whole process when I second guessed things. She helped me research my options and made sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. She even came out to look at my new car and shared in the excitement with me! Candice was honestly the most patient person I’ve ever interacted with. When I needed to get in contact with the loan department - she did not give up. She emailed, she called, she emailed again. Thank you Candice! Lastly, Edith and Andrea helped me sign my loan - these two were so sweet and I truly enjoyed my time looking through my loan and laughing with them. I would go back to this branch just to see them. Even the notary there was nice! Thank you ladies - you are appreciated.

This is the worst GNCU Branch. Everytime I am in there the teller has an attitude. I think this is where all their flunkies are sent. I am a business owner and if my staff acted like the employees here did, I would fire every last one of them. This ongoing poor experience has me looking for a new banking institution after having multiple accounts with GNCU for many years.

Edith Flores was very helpful in a stressful time with one of my clients and needing to stop payment on one check and reissue as a cashier's check. While we worked thru that process, she told me about some better accounts for my situation, accounts that would earn me a better return! So pleasant and helpful, looking forward to needing to come in again
