What an absolute joke of a bank! I called last week to update my info so I could use my card in another state and could not purchase an uber to the airport. I had to wait 30 minutes and had to have someone else buy me a ride and because of it, I missed my flight. Absolutely unacceptable and your part A plus! You are 100% responsible for this and am terminating my account

Plus Credit Union gets a 5 star rating because their employees have top tier customer service. Samanta, Leo and Maia answered any questions I had and made my auto loan process simple and fast. Not only do their interest rates beat any car “stealership”, but they also provide GAP insurance at half of the cost. I recommend everyone I know to PCU. Keep up the awesome work !!

Such a great Credit union I had some issues with my account and their customer service is amazing and always willing to help and actually answer the phone. And the different mortgage options Killer thank you so much

I just wanted to say I have been with this bank for many years. This morning I needed information from 2019 transaction a withdraw amount.I spoke to Devon H. Brimfield he was amazing! Great customer service, very pleasant so thankful he assisted me.

I’ve been banking with these guys since I was 17 years old, 22 years. Let me tell you they have been nothing but great. We lost our apt due to the landlord selling and we had to be out in 30 days I didn’t know what to do we had no savings and had to come up with a security deposit and first months rent asap. I was in a panic so I called IBEW plus credit Union to see about a loan. I had never gotten one before and didn’t think my credit would allow me to. I talked to the branch manager Amber and I was approved within a few hours. Had the check by the end of the day and was able to get the house and keys that same day. She was so proficient, professional, and fast. Because of her and the credit union we were able to get our house and have so much stress taken off our shoulders. I highly recommend banking thru them. I’ve had other banks here and there, but none have lived up to what IBEW has done for my family. They are amazing and so kind. I’m so grateful my dad was a painter and got me into this credit union. I could go on and on about how great they are because they truly are amazing I still can’t believe how fast I was approved and then check in hand.
