The team over at WCU have been nothing but extremely helpful and the banking system itself has been great over the years. I did my first car loan with WCU, banked for over 10 years, and just did my most recent car purchase with them. I could not say more positive things about all the members that have helped me throughout the years and Miguel Hernandez as of most recent. Thank you Miguel and thank you all at WCU!!

The worst credit union in the United States. There service is horrible, they constantly charge you $38 for each transaction over drafted and there customer service is theee worst. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to this bank.

My name is Ron and I had a p roblem with my debit card where someone in another state tried to use my card. I went to my Weststar credit union to get a new debit card and Jason was very helpful and helped me get a new debit card.

The service here is horrible. As if no one knows what they are doing. I have to come back 4 different times in the same week just manage my account. They even make fun of customers in their notes for each customer. I thought my bank cares about me I’m never banking with west star credit union.they even lock you out of your own account before taxes hit your account.
