Julia worked with us over almost 2 years to help us into our home. Each offer we made, Julia was quick and diligent about getting us an updated pre-approval letter in the short window of time we had to get our offer in. When, we finally found a home and got our offer accepted, Julia and her staff went above and beyond to get us the information with a couple of issues that were not included in the listing, and to keep us informed regarding the status of our loan along the way. Julia and her staff were honest, timely and meticulous in the process of our loan. The communication we received was very timely and thorough. When we started our search for a new home we were new to NH and chose a lender randomly, we could not have chosen BETTER! We would recommend Julia to anyone and everyone! Regrettably, I was a victim of fraud. I needed to completely change my accounts at Bellwether CU. Jessica Nichols made a tragic situation bearable. She walked me through all of the steps I needed to take and explained each step thoroughly. I am so grateful for her help during this extremely difficult time.

Great way to be introduced to a bank! New auto loan with Bellwether recently. Car dealer did not capture my information correctly and I was having issues getting into website to make first payment. Called in and Lexi was a pleasure to work with. Solved my issues and anticipated my needs which resulted in a great/quick customer service experience. Customer service is just about dead everywhwre you go. Bellwether appears to not be on that trend (or I got real lucky!). Thank you Lexi for making this a positive experience and I am now looking to possibly switching over my personal checking to Bellwether just to have the opportunity of working with pleasant customer service representatives like Lexi!
