I can't say enough about GSCU. I was having trouble accessing my account so I went into the Rochester branch and Jonathan Curtin had me up and running in no time. I mentioned that I had been considering consolidating some of my high interest credit card debt and in about an hour he had me happily walking out the door with a lower payment at a lower rate and also helped me refinance my car! Not only did he make the entire process a breeze, he was kind, understanding and simply a pleasure to work with. Next, I'm going to get rid of the extended warranty I purchased for my car and switch to a GSCU warranty agreement. Same product, better price and excellent customer service. It's a no-brainer!

I started banking with Granite State Credit Union about a year ago. Hoping that I would be able to build a relationship with a credit union. But I’ve had a ton of denied charges on my cards. Apparently they have some puny spending limit per so often. Their debit cards suck as they are printed. My first one lasted 3 months and I could hardly read the numbers anymore. So I went into this specific branch to get a new card. And they just hand it to me without helping me activate it. So now I can’t access my own money untill I go back to a branch. I’m growing tired of this bank honestly

My most recent experience was just as positive—Nicole assisted me with some online banking issues and made the process easy and stress-free. On top of the excellent service, they also offer great rates on all loans!

GSCU! I've been banking here since I got my first auto loan through them 5+ years go. I go to the Derry location. Nick started my application for my most recent auto loan. He's great. He knows members by first name. He always has a smile on his face. Always in a great mood and is a true professional. Kaycee over at the consumer loan department is an absolute rockstar! 5 Star service. Our auto loan situation started on a Friday and we really wanted to get it all buttoned up so we could pick up the car the next day on Saturday. It was a quick little roller coaster ride. Kaycee is out of this world! My wife and were more than impressed with her. She took over the second half of the deal and absolutely hit a home run for us. She was patient, optimistic, understanding, confident in her ability and extremely efficient with limited time. THANK YOU KAYCEE! Although we could have waited until Monday to make it happen, Kaycee went above and beyond to get it done Saturday. She's the real MVP. Sorry Kaycee if I butchered the speling of your name. KC, Casey, Kaycee... 10/10!!!
