I have had multiple loans through Members First, never been anything but a pleasant experience. Robin in lending has always been more than helpful. She cut me an expedited check when I bought my vehicle, which I flew to Atlanta to pick up and drive home, she worked with the dealership there for whatever they needed. She went above and beyond every time - she really is the best. My motorcycle and multiple vehicles have been financed through Members First, as well as a HELOC for some home repairs, I don't even consider going elsewhere for a loan and neither should you.

This has to be the single worst banking experience I've ever had, do not under any circumstance get an auto loan here. The website is regularly down and will occasionally not process payments and the autopay did not work once when I set it up. every single loan officer I talked too was beyond rude, they will not call or email if there is an issue with the account and there will be issues. I've had better customer service from government back student loans then anything I received from these people.

This has been my bank since I deposited my first paycheck, and I have never regretted it. They have always been incredibly willing to go above and beyond, helping me to resolve issues at times from the other side of the world. Tanya has been a huge help with my latest strange request, and I will be happy to continue to give them my business for years to come.

Last month I called for the payoff amount on my vehicle and paid exactly was quoted to me. It was good for 10 days which they received before then. I was excited to receive mail from them yesterday thinking it was the Title to my car. Instead, I discovered that it was a statement indicating I owed more money. I called and spoke with a Lori P. She was awesome - delved into the situation and found part of the money had been incorrectly posted. She corrected the error and told me I would receive the Title to my car in a few weeks. I did not owe anything. She was absolutely pleasant to deal with. Very kind and helpful. Members First is very fortunate to have her working for them. Kudos!!!
