I love my bank triangle credit union has been extremely helpful to me, for example I've been frauded a few times and I thank triangle credit union for resolving and getting my funds returned to me... And the ladies especially at DW hwy in Nashua Branch are so kind and closer to me. They are my favorite bank to go too. 😊

Terrible experience. Called to close an account over a year ago, was assured it had been done, but I never received the funds. It was a small amount, so I just let it go. Just now received a statement telling me I was "below the minimum account threshold" and they are charging me a monthly fee retroactively, basically wiping out the account. Fortunately it's a small amount anyway, but I would certainly never do business with them again if this is how they do business

Car loan through them and thats all there will ever be. Their website it horrible to use, if you call in with issues, you will get bounced between departments. The only way to access your payments is via their website and my tax documents never got sent to me. Now I'm fighting to get them via email, but their secure login won't let me login to see my own documents. Save yourself, go UCU or Bangor Savings Bank.

I recently ended my 15 year relationship with triangle due to numerous issues. Their app constantly has major issues and doesn’t reflect accurately and always has maintenance problems. The constant fraud alerts for every little thing. The lack of customer support and the lack of ownership. I had a checking and savings acct plus a credit card. I would get the run around when dealing with the credit card and the bank acct all the time. There were double debits on my acct this past week and I had to figure it all out myself and literally make a spread sheet and send screenshots to explain it to the customer service there. Just really an awful credit union to do business with. Avoid them at all costs! Because they will cost you in fees and frustration.

Michelle from Franklin St was very nice. The appointment time of 4pm was both convenient and promptly kept for me. I came in for a routine housekeeping task and walked out 4k richer after talking.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
