Long-time member. Moved out of state and manage all my banking needs using hrcu's mobile app. No need for a local provider. Customer service is personable and professional. My father always said to stick with a credit union, never join a bank. He was right!!

What else can I say HRCU is one of the few choices I prefer to visit and maintain as a professional relationship. From walking in to meet the host to the tellers and management everybody's so friendly. HRCU is great on the phone when I call, for balance or malicious activity on one of the cards, HRCU has a great atmosphere.

The site does not seem secure for sending personal information. You cannot access previously submitted documents. They do not get back to you or let you know why an application has been denied.

I went into the Rochester Brook st branch today, Leticia helped me. She was AWESOME!!! She processed 3 loan payments, talked with me about CD’s for my son and walked me through unlocking my online banking. Leticia and the other folks in that branch are the reason I do my banking at HRCU for the past 25 years. Thank you Leticia you made my banking experience great!!!

I’ve been a member at HRCU my whole life and I’ve never had anything other than exceptional experiences. When I bought my house in 2020, they were so helpful during the entire loan process. When I bought my car this year, they had the best interest rate by a long shot! I’ve always had fantastic service every time I visit
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
