I want to gave a big shout to Bank teller James at LSFCU in Bayonne location. Two weeks ago I had an issue with my account and I was trying to handle the matter via phone but miscommunication brought me into the bank. I was initially frustrated and ready to go off but James change my whole experience. He listened to my issue and was able to resolve it. I truly appreciate him…I always interact with him when I go to the bank but this day his knowledge and calming energy was needed. Thank you so much for your support and service it was truly appreciated….

Handled some business at this bank on November 1st. My Paperwork has not been processed yet, we keep getting the run around, from liberty savings. I've done my part & the bank hasn't done theirs! Every time I go to there's always a long wait time to speak to a members rep just to hear excuses.

Slowest bank ever! I’ve never at any bank waited so long for information regarding a loan or Acct info. Minimum 2 hour wait always!
