After mobile depositing several checks from an insurance claim made out to me and my lienholder, the last two were rejected because the lienholder didn't stamp them, but instead were endorsed with a wet signature by an employee at the lienholder. Their failure to follow their procedures previously and the decision to follow them now would've put me in a bind had I not had the wherewithal to move money from my savings to my checking account. I understand that there are policies and procedures that financial institutions need to follow, but they need to be followed consistently and not haphazardly like a drunks stumbling out of a bar after last call. I've been a loyal customer for years, but the past 12 months has me seriously rethinking whether or not I want to maintain doing business with them in the future.

Avoid this place at all costs. My experience is similar to all of the other reviews. They stated I was unable to provide documentation after providing all the required forms, paystubs, insurance requirements, and notarized statements! The manager, Karen, was incredibly rude to me, as in other reviews. I asked for a reason behind a loan denial and she called me a red flag along with another name. I have notarized documents, proof of income, and frankly they could not provide me with a valid reason. I cannot stress how RUDE the manager was. They do not value your time, and will do unneeded credit pulls (seems to be a common experience!). They provided false hope and a negative impact on my credit with no good cause, and rude staff. Edit: They stated they would not provide the loan due to not placing FCU as the lien holder on my insurance, without the loan approval. Yet another waste of time.

I’ve been banking with FRFCU for a while now, and I just have to say—their customer support is top-notch. Every time I’ve had a question or needed help, their team has been super friendly, patient, and quick to sort things out. It’s so refreshing to talk to real people who actually listen and know what they’re doing. Whether it’s something small like resetting a password or bigger stuff like account issues, they always make the process smooth and easy. Highly recommend FRFCU!
