I use to love this bank but in the past year the customer service is bad and the work is just as bad. This is the 2nd time they messed up and I the customer has to pay the price. They messed up my account because they "missed it" and because they gave me back the bank fees I should fill whole while I still have to eat the fees from the late payments and return fees from the other end! This is the 2nd time I had this happen back in July of this year because it was "MISSED"! I will be looking for a new bank.

If you are in to online banking this is not the bank for you. System is never up and running; always down. You would think there IT department would top notch. Would expect online issues from a mom and pop shop not the bank. Been over a week since I could check my history online; since it has been down for over a week and counting!

My 5 stars are for Donna! She's just the absolute best, always a sincere smile on her face. She actually cares to help you, and makes sure any problem you have is resolved. You've kept that personal touch in banking, and that is rare these days when most just see us members as account numbers. So thanks for being you, Donna!! You're so appreciated

By far the WORST bank/credit union I have ever been affiliated with. The online banking service is a joke. Its down more often than is up and running which in return gives you NO access to your funds. I've tried to call for help/questions on several different occasions and get nothing but a busy signal or the phone just continually rings and rings with no answer until you call back 5 times, they charge you $2 per debit transaction (not at ATM, but during store transactions) which is completely ridiculous. Why should I be charged to use MY money while making purchases?? I thought a credit union was supposed to be more beneficial than a regular bank, but in this case, absolutely not. You're better off just storing your money in a shoebox, because the hassle and frustration using this credit union is definitely not worth it.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
