Im very dissatisfied with this credit union. I took out a auto loan and opened up a credit card with that at the same time with one inquiry. Im very credit score conscious and pride myself on maintaining a excellent score. Fast forward a year or so goes by and I get something in the mail stating that they will be transitioning there credit cards to a different card and my old card will be deactivated and a new one sent in the mail. It didnt really explain what that meant or what implications it carried. So I guess they sold there credit card balances to a different company alltogether. So now thats a closed account with a year of history. And then I get 2 credit inquiries and new account on my credit report that I didnt ask for or want. In the letter I dont think it stated that you could opt out from this or that it would be a new account all together the letter made it seem like oh everything is staying the same your balance is just being transfered to a new card. But still for a credit union to just sell your credit balances to a crappy foreign company like no I wanted a account that could be long lasting with thr credit union im dealing with not some Indian no name company. So I had to close this brand new account I didnt ask for needless to say my credit score went down 33 points and nothing anyone can do about it. My auto loans have been fine so far and my growth savings account i have money in im legit scared to have it with them after reading all the terrible reviews and this crap they just pulled. Im scared for the wellbeing of everything I have saved. And am contemplating paying off my auto loan and taking my money elsewhere.

Went back today dealt with different employees and had a MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE. Thankful they addressed my issues and got me squared away as a result my 2 star experience from yesterday has been greatly improved to a 5 star experience. The gentleman at front desk with the well groomed features and his supervisor where professional competent and reassuring. Good job fellas.

I strongly advise against using First Harvest. Initially, I established an account to secure an auto loan. However, I initially encountered delays with the availability of electronically transferred funds and an unexpected fee when originating the loan. Despite these initial issues, I experienced a period of uninterrupted service for several years. However, after the loan was fully repaid, I began receiving unexpected account fees. Once the funds in my account were depleted due to these fees, I received a letter informing me that I was overdrawn and required to deposit additional funds. It is concerning that First Harvest promptly sent a letter indicating an outstanding balance after depleting my account, yet they failed to provide any prior warning regarding the initiation of inactivity fees. In the past two weeks, I have visited the branch twice in an attempt to resolve this matter, but I have been unsuccessful. I was informed that a manager would be responsible for resolving the issue, but the manager was unavailable and has not responded to employee messages regarding this situation. To avoid similar experiences, I highly recommend considering PFFCU as an alternative banking institution. PFFCU offers an exceptional banking experience from a credit union.

Alice from Member services was wonderful, delightful and a big help. She explained everything in detail, and was very patient, kind, understanding. She went above and beyond. When the system was having problems and we lost hope after hanging up, she called us right back with a solution. She helped us fix the problem and ease the stress my father had for days. Please do something to show her gratitude, she is very pleasant and her care is unlike the care you experience from customer service in these days. Thank you Alice, you my dear, are awesome!

When you think of customer service and a bank being for the community; loan officer only calls when approved instead of calling to give you understanding, the branch in Vineland is unprofessional don’t help with issues they rather you call the 1800 . Stir away from this credit union hard and difficult to get approved for things , they really don’t help you they are for there own benefit and growth rather then the customer
