Egregious, despicable, unethical, insulting, dehumanizing. Let me start out by saying that Im a retired Consumer Protection Investigator, in a law enforcement capacity for the State Attorney General, and Ive been working with the Division of Banking and Insurance for 30 years. After being a First Financial Federal Credit Union customer since 1973, my father passed away. My mother was so grief stricken that she could no longer perform basic tasks and she became hospitalized. With power of attorney, I set out to correct and settle all of their delinquent accounts, and of the fifteen of them, the only one who had no concern, sympathy, or empathy, was First Financial Federal Credit Union. They refused to accept my power of attorney and they were outright NASTY about it. They told me that their policy required this type of thing be handled in person, no exceptions, and then they hung up on me. So now on top of working two full-time jobs, being the sole care provider for my mother and disabled brother, relocating them, and resolving 15 delinquent accounts, I have to take off work and drive two hours to resolve this, and since they refused to talk to me at all, my father might not even have used this account and it could be empty.

I've been working with Janice for the better half of 2 years on my auto loan and she is such an amazing person. Compassionate and cares about her customers. I am very appreciative of her.

Today I received a collection letter that is insulting with no monies owed, money always in my account and after 25+ years dealing with FFCU from when it was Monoc and wonderful to work with...I am exhausted. I now resorted to using their mobile app. but it apparently is not worth it. There is no personal customer service any longer.
