I’ve been a loyal member of Hamilton Horizon for over ten years, but I can no longer overlook the consistent issues I’ve had with my account. Over the past 3 years, I’ve had money misplaced or unaccounted for on multiple occasions, and each time I’ve had to jump through hoops to get the situation resolved and some of them are still not resolved ($1,380 is still misplaced and no one can tell me where it went!). There has also been money taken out of my account to pay on someone else’s bill which I was never notified of by email, call, nothing… and they expected me to not notice or get mad about it. More money that was never replaced. I’ve NEVER heard of a credit union doing that before and made me consider calling the local news. What’s worse is that the customer service has become increasingly unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, I’ve often been met with vague explanations and delays. A financial institution should be reliable and trustworthy—especially when you’ve been with them for over a decade. Unfortunately, Hamilton Horizon has failed to meet those basic expectations. I’m extremely disappointed and have since taken my business elsewhere. My new credit union also gave me offers specific to me instead of the basic housing loans, etc. I would suggest not going here and instead finding a union that offers what you are looking for as well. I didn’t know all that credit unions could do UNTIL I LEFT THIS ONE.

Hello my name is Brian I would really like to speak to the owner of this bank cuz even reading the reviews now everything that the bank manager to the CEO today telling me dismissing me and saying having a blessed day because I called Brenda a liar to see lies she hasn't called me and said she has and left a message she tried to hold my account hostage and tried to burn me on my GoFundMe for my surgery and I told her let me speak to the owner and she said I'm not allowed today I was in the bank being told something I didn't like to see you came out and I told her I was not allowed to speak to you Brenda said and she said that's not true she didn't say that so they're sticking up for each other now I hope the owner calls me he knows who I am she'll tell them

I had an issues with one of the managers over the phone last year 2024 and I had made a deposit of 1800.00 to the branch words were passed between the 2 of us that was unpleasant. I had made deposits after this issues with this branch without issues today I go to make deposit only to be told system was down for my deposit by this same manager I had issues with over the phone. We both acted out of place. Now I find I can no longer make deposit at this location because of this manager She was also very nasty to me and I responded as well to her actions.

This bank is horrible. Do not go here unless you want fraud from your account every other month. Their customer service is so unprofessional, I feel the only successful thing this bank can do is open an account for you. I had fraud 4 TIMES within a year and the fraud department is an entire different department than this local bank, and they are just as unprofessional and unhelpful as the bank tellers themselves! I did not get any notifications stating there was fraud on my card, and it was up to 400$, THIS TIME. Any other bank will get this situation situated fast, but you have to wait up to 90 days for them to even do anything. This is ridiculous. Their customer service feels as if you are running in a circus due to everyone telling you something different. DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK!

I had the best experience with this credit union. The branch was customer friendly. I went here to enquire about auto loans. Trust me when I say this, these people were so helpful. Specially Thomas Coleman, such a genuine and kind hearted person. He briefed us properly. I would highly recommend this credit union to anyone looking out for loans.
