Recycling was not picked up for the entire length of Flock Road between Hughes Drive and Mercer Street on June 30. I called them on July 1 and was told it would be picked up that day. It still wasn’t picked up on July 2 and no one answered the phone. I opened a service request which they cancelled the morning of July6th even though it still wasn’t picked up! I sent them a picture, opened another service request and was told they would send out a truck today. It’s now 8 Pm and the recycling is still at the curb 7 days later!!!!! Time to appoint a new county administrator if this is what they call service

Recycling pick up needs to seriously improve. Every 2 weeks when they come, they leave 10-15 water bottles or cans laying at my curb. Or they leave numerous papers there. We neatly put things in cans and don't overflow, but yet when they dump the cans and things fall out of the truck, they refuse to pick up.
