Avoid at all costs!!!! At first I thought this place was great until I was having issues paying my bill. I had a car loan that I got in 2020 and a regular loan years later. I couldn’t afford to pay for both loans and I only paid for my car loan payment. I didn’t have enough money for the regular loan. One morning or in the middle of the night my car was repossessed. I thought I was robbed or my boyfriend borrowed my car. Because I paid my car payment. I figured out that liberty savings have repossessed my car even though I paid for it. The liberty saving agent Claudia Truman told me my car was repossessed because I didn’t paid the second loan and saying both loans are connected so they had the right to repossess my car. How does that make sense? I got both loans in different years. I had to paid the loan amount to get my car out. I used all my money then I call the tow company trying to get my car out. I couldn’t get it out because it was 1000 to get it out. I had to leave it and everyday it was a fee to use the tow company parking lot. I had to borrow money from my dad to take it out the tow company which was 2429.97. Then because the car was just parked for many days the tow company and liberty tried to sell my vehicle. What a nightmare liberty put me through. I wouldn’t recommend any loan company they prey on the community so we all in debt. I can’t wait till I’m done paying off my car so I don’t have to deal with this company.

Horrible Service! Never can get a resolution to any of the problems they create. The digital app doesn’t work properly. I tried to withdraw money from several ATM’s but kept getting denied. I had to keep taking time to go within their bank to manually withdraw my money because even the ATM inside their bank denied me 8 times, even though my card and password was verified as correct (never resolved). I received another person’s banking info because we have the same name (scary). In this digital age, LSFCU has to do better for their customers. We do not have time to keep running to your bank to be able to have access to our own money. Banking should be made easy!

They are the absolute worst! Poor service, the staff is unprofessional and rude, outdated methods and poor bookkeeping which is very concerning especially since they are dealing with your money!

Claudia Thurman has been an absolute blessing. I was facing financial issues and a change in career. She had the patience and expertise to walk me through what needed to be done to help keep my account active and from closing and not losing my car loan. With her I was able to lower my car payments drastically and keep my Account secure and active. I am very grateful to have Claudia as my rep. and her enthusiasm to help has kept me from being discouraged during some rough times. Thank you again Claudia and Happy holidays.
