I visited the branch to close my account but after speaking with Alesia I instead made changes to my account that works best for me. She was so knowledgeable and understanding of my wants. Kim “Pink desk” was able to further assist me with making the final changes and took the time to explain and provide all the necessary paperwork. Both ladies were great and I Truly appreciate their services.

Ginny was so so helpful! Even though I came in 15 minutes before closing she was patient with me and very helpful! Love love love 💕

I’ve been with this bank since I was 18yrs old, i am now 30. I’ve never really had any issues before but Just recently i ran into a problem and wanted to close my account but Ginny wasn’t going for it (in a good way)! She was such a huge help! She insisted that she didn’t want me to close the account and wanted to help me if possible. She made a few phone calls on my behalf to see what could be done to resolve the issue. She called me after her scheduled work hours and gave me great news! So all that to say, I am still currently banking here because of Ginny!

Outstanding credit union! A member for 17 years. The staff is very friendly, they go above and beyond to help you! When someone is looking to join a credit union and ask for my opinion, I always highly recommend The Atlantic Federal Credit Union.
