Literally the worst service we have ever received from any banking institution. My husband's card is getting locked EVERY WEEK because they are trying to force his loan payment BEFORE he even gets paid. We have spoke with tellers and over the phone about when the payment can and should be taken and they still try to force the payment early. We have other bills to pay and cannot keep waiting a whole three days to have access to our own money. We may choose to switch if they do not provide adequate services or access to his account. Their call center associates are also absolutely useless.

Great place to bank the staff is excellent. always pleasant, professional and patient especially with some one that is not very high tech knowledgeable. I have been a member for over 50 years and cannot recall one bad experience. If all institutions were as good as this one the world would be a much better place to live.

Been with CFCU for many years....never had a single problem. If there were any issues, they got resolved immediately. Everyone there from front to back is 100% a pleasure to deal with!!
