Im slightly disappointed in this financial institution. As a business owner and member of the community I thought I would be getting more of a personal one on one experience when signing up for a Credit Union Account. Was I wrong. The only reason why I'm leaving two stars is because some of the associates are delightful and do their job well. In regards to trying to refinance my Auto loan, I was treated as a number on paper. No phone calls were returned, and my emails were left unread. I have an extremely qualified credit score and have never missed a payment in my life. Others banks were willing to refinance me but I was exploring all options and trying to support local business's. Instead of talking to me about refinance options, they simply just sent a letter in the mail, a week later to tell me that I was denied. Now I have to reapply to the other banks because regal dragged their feet on giving me an answer. I understand as a small business owner that lending is difficult. However I was willing to pay down the loan, make the numbers work. I never received the Courtesy or Option of even speaking to anyone. Im disappointed to say the least and will be taking my money elsewhere. This is not how a local bank should treat their local customers.

I used to have a savings account here. I Never used it. I Had some money sitting in their. They closed my account and gave my money to the state cause I didn’t use it for a long time. It was set up for me when I was a kid. It Had 159 dollars in it. I have so many bank accounts I forgot I had this account. Until one day I saw the old paper work. I went to get my money they told me they closed it and gave it away. I don’t trust this bank after that.

I really don't know why people bother with banks anymore. All the fees for everything you do. Not here. I can't think of one thing I've been charged for, besides interest on a loan. Additionally, they have a change counting machine which is free to members! Some have commented on a lack of branches leading to fees from other ATMs, but they are part of a group of credit unions (forgetting the group name) where members can use the other one's ATMs without fees. Plus, you can always use a Wawa or Quick Chek ATM as well. The people who work here are always helpful and pleasant (I've only ever gone to the branch in Milford). I can't recommend them highly enough!

Friendly, easy to deal with local credit union. Only disadvantage is that it is local so when I travel outside this area, I have to pay another bank's fee for using their ATM.
