I have used this bank since 1999 when it was on Green Street! The behind-the-scenes staff has always gotten back to me when I've had questions, so they are great. I must admit the Drive Thru on Berry Street spoiled me as I loved not having to park and get out, especially if I have children in tow, but!...I will say not having the Drive Thru has forced me to go inside and getting to know the staff has been a pleasure. I just love chatting with Cara and Donna is so sweet. Thank you!

Not a member, just used their ATM and they returned a check I deposited with no reason given, deposited it back into my account, and they are now trying to withdraw it again. The ATM couldn’t read the check, but a human being should be able to look at it and verify the amount. It’s caused nothing but a headache. I was considering possibly opening an account there because they are so close to my house, but not after this experience.

This is review is solely based on the customer experience my husband received while using the ATM. He used the ATM, which kept his card, and he tried to seek help to see how he could get his card out of the ATM and they staff refused to help or offer a number he could call. While we would hate to say the refusal was based on race it absolutely felt that way for him. He had just taking money out of the ATM and was trying to explain what happened the lady told him he needed to leave there is nothing she could do. She refused to help him, all he was asking for was a number to call for assistance and all she could see was a Black man in working gear trying to enter a bank. Please do better with your customer service.

Absolute nightmare. I had my original loan taken over by CJFCU and it has been nothing but headaches ever since. They have screwed so much stuff up and I probably will end up with a missed car payment on my credit because they cant ever get anything right. What a mess and the people I have had reach out to me, specifically a guy named Mario, where so unprofessional it is unbelievable. So much for my good credit I guess because processing a simple payment is apparently so difficult. I have had to set up what should have been a one time fix multiples times over. Its sad you would get stuck doing business with someone like this that you never agreed to work with in the first place and then have it negatively affect things you worked on for years. DO NOT DO BUSINESS W THEM!!!! RUN FOR THE HILLS!!!!
