Customer service is off the charts, beyond five stars, and very convenient for me. I’m glad it’s a shared branch because I go there to make deposits, and the friendly atmosphere is the best. i’m about to open up an account with them also since I go there more than the other branches. but most of all I love that the hours really fit in my schedule.🙋🏾♀️

Visited the location to open an account and the forms for my account to be created. The second form I received had a bill pay option. When I inquired about this form, I was told it was optional. I also very clearly indicated that I was interested in setting up an online banking account while I was in the branch. The receptionist responded as if that was something that could be completed online. Upon trying to set up my online account I kept receiving an error message. I contacted support which transferred me to the branch. The same representative who set up my account advised I would have to return to complete an additional form, one that I inquired about when I was there for at least 45 minutes my first visit. She also displayed a nonchalant and dismissive attitude, behaving as though there were no accountability or consequences for the way I was treated. It seems like a minor issue, and not a very big deal, but when you consider how other major banks operate it makes you wonder what is the point of banking here if it’s not to have an even more personalized experience. I then went in office to fill out the proper form, yet still the representative lacked empathy even upon being visibly frustrated and inconvenienced. I would say if you’re looking for the personal aspect of a credit union and customer service look elsewhere. I have 2 other banks that I bank primarily with and receive much better service there. Here it’s like they don’t need you to be a customer at all. Which is odd when they have so much competition elsewhere. EDIT: Additionally not only do they not care about your experience, they are not careful with your information. On top of this experience I’ve received an email intended for another member. Please go elsewhere. Their beaming response to this view should give you an idea of how they handle customer service. One to two people work in this office and they have only one branch. You’d think they’d have plenty of time to make this right!

This is really a superstar office assisting with all my transactions simply and easily. You get real time face to face really wonderful account banking staff. Even though it's not my Credit Union of New Jersey office for shared services is absolutely fantastic. Keep up the great work

I never had a single problem with this credit union. They always have themed decorations for holidays/occasions. They remember you although it may not be your personal bank, and it was a lifesaver finding a credit union that would allow me to utilize them for the same sort of banking, once my local branch closed for good. They all react nicely to my quirky personality and I'm always in and out even with two tellers.
