Today I stopped by the bank and to take care of some business. I explained to Dahiana that I could never get my mobile app to work. She patiently walked me through every step, correcting issues that had remained unresolved, and enabled me to access my account—truly a blessing. We had tried to resolve the problem many times before, but nothing worked until her thorough assistance. She was the only person to take the extra steps to ensure it was done, and I believe people like her deserve recognition for the outstanding service they provide.
