I recently called in and had contact with Adriana. She was very knowledgeable and courteous. My questions were answered and I am extremely satisfied. I usually don't have high expectations when I have to call ANY customer service number these days but I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you to Adriana and garden savings!

I have been a member of Garden Savings Federal credit union for years. Shortly into my membership, Carlos Ronquillo joined the staff. Carlos is responsible for educating us members about financial matters. In my experience, Carlos also is an expert problem solver. Carlos is an expert troubleshooter. Carlos always goes above and beyond. For example, Carlos solves problems that other people are unable to solve. Carlos always goes the extra mile. Carlos is super responsive. Carlos has always made me feel like my concerns are his concerns. In summary: Carlos is magnificent.
