Automated system NEVER works, type in account # & Pin call DISCONNECTS. Resetting password email link on Web Browser work either! The reset password link doesn't get sent out. Oh. But atleast they aren't stealing my money

This bank is garbage. They're online portal hardly ever works. You drive to the bank to try to do it in person and their ATM has been closed for months if not a year, so you have to wait for them to be open at 9:00 a.m.. The building looks like garbage the lights were hanging out of the drive-thru the last few times I went there. My union forced us to switch to this Credit Union or I would never be a part of it. we should have never left the last one, it was much better than this. Only positive thing I can say is the people that work there are friendly and do try to help.

Someone in the office changed my adress and stopped sending my vacation checks. Had to fight with an array of people over the phone that did not allow me to change my adress back to original adress. Had to fill out paperwork to stop payments on checks rather then just mailing them to my original address. Papers have no fax number on them so I have to send paperwork snail mail. More wasted time. Also previously applied for 3 car loans which all three where denied for no reason given. Used my own bank. This bank is not needed in my life I wish my Union would just send my vacation checks like they used to do with 0 issues. Employees are cold and robotic and do not care that they are withholding my money or admiting their mistake on changing my adress

Constant issues with logging in through their online portal. It's a shame my union forces me to use this bank. Edit 12/21/2025: Now trying to get my money transferred to a one of my real savings or checking accounts with another bank. Again a hassle. Can't do it through the web portal. I had to call and they said I had to apply for bill pay. It's totally separate user, password, and website to manage. Cool. Took 10 days to get approved. Looks like i can pay bills but can't transfer money from one bank to another. Again...it's a shame my union forces money out of my pay check every week and forces me to deal with this bank. I really wish I could opt out of this arrangement between my union and this so called bank.
