DO NOT BANK HERE. They decide the weekend is a great time update their sites so you cant access your funds on a weekend while you cant get in touch with a single human being to know anything about your money you work hard for. Now I cant food shop for my family without knowing what's in my checking to make sure I dont get declined. You keep me from putting food in my families mouth that is my last draw after 20 years banking here you keep food from my families mouth now its time for me to change banks cause there isn't a ounce of trust for this bank now!

Up until October 1, 2019, my husband and I have been very pleased.. On October 1st a new system was started. There were lots of mistakes. It was not a smooth transition. All of our accounts were changed without our knowledge. Auto deposits were going into different parts of our accounts. The next thing, whenever you ask for a print out of your balances, your name, ss#, birth date, address, account number is printed. If It's a joint account, all information for both is printed. This is dangerous to have all our info exposed.

The staff at the supervisory level has become increasingly rude and condescending. After my current loans are paid off I may have to find another bank. I’m tired of being talked down to. They are unable AND unwilling to find a solution to a computer glitch that causes money to erroneously come out of their customers account. FIX IT! It’s not rocket science!!

Since March 2020 when COVID hit, they have decreased their hours without notifying customers. They posted signs but NEVER sent out letters. They nickel and dime you for everything! If a check clears before you can transfer money from your savings account to your checking account - which is the same account number - they charge you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Getting a response from an email or phone call takes well over 48 hours!
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
