Horrible policies. Horrible Customer Service. No benefits of having an account with them. Bank with a major branch instead of this garbage

This place is horrible. From cashing my check and the employee putting it in someone else's account. That should of been a red flag from the start. System is down for a week but they charge you over draft fees when you can't check your account. Even having money in saving they still charge over draft. This place was a waste. When people answer the phone It's sounds like your disturbing them. This place is a waste.

This is the worst bank I have ever banked with. They operate like they are still in the 1900’s. I updated my address online and they want to charge me to send me another card because they dont receive notifications about address updates. How is that my fault? It doesnt state anywhere online that i have to physically update my address in person. They only have 1 person working everyday. I dont understand why this bank is still open. You also get charged $33 if your savings transfers to your checking even though you pay for overdraft protection.. except its not an overdraft because it was in my savings account… Cannot stand this place.

Computer system constantly goes down resulting in being unable to make withdrawals at atm's also continues to block purchases I've made with my debit card over & over & over again which has been infuriating & extremely inconvenient. I strongly recommend any other financial institution.

I've been a member since 1994. It's now 2021. I don't feel as though I recieve the customer service that's do me. I have 2 investigations for fraud. Stolen wallet unfortunately. 2 different banks. One is refunded and closed.. This institution is dragging, have not received my funds back yet and the tellers don't seem to understand I need this taken care. All they can say is I sent a letter. Really???? They used to be top rated. But not any more. I don't need longevity I have it some where else.
