I am Extremely frustrated with the lease buyout process, that I had been attempting to finalize since June. I initially reached out for assistance for this matter, and Laurie was assigned to help me through the process. However, her communication has been inadequate, and inconsistent. I have experienced repeated back-and-forth exchanges without any tangible progress. My maturity date for my vehicle passed since June 8th this year, and now my payment has increased. I’ve reached out to Laurie through email for updates in regards last documents that she requested, and no response. It had been over a week since I received a meaningful update from her. Now, the dealer has reported my account delinquent, dropping my credit score by 50 points. Given the lack of effective communication and the prolonged delays, I am inclined to believe that my request for a lease buyout was not moving forward as initially promised. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and unacceptable, especially after the time, and effort I have invested. In addition I reached out to manager Susan Mcnulty and no also offered no help. I requested a refund for the fees I was charged, which is going on 2 weeks, and I have still not received anything. The philosophy of this credit Union is to help people. I definitely did not get the help I needed. I will be escalating this issue. All this has caused me stress, tears, anxiety, and I now have an impacted credit score. No one deserves to go through this.
