I love this bank. Online processes are easy to use. If I call with Questions the employees are respectful, kind, knowledgeable and efficient. I use multiple branches and all of them have great employees and services. I know my money is protected because they offer "alert texts" if anything looks questionable.

I reached to United Teletech Financial about a year or so prior to getting a commercial mortgage with them. During our initial meeting Jodi McNamara was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on lending, banking, and soon to be commercial loans. Jodi then introduced me to Donna Morganstern who was nothing less of a pleasure to deal with. She met with me and spent a lot of time in helping me with all sorts of questions on numerous properties. Months later, I finally found the right property and made a deal. At that point in time, it was obvious that UTF was going to be the right place for me to get a Commercial Mortgage. Donna and Jodi were nothing less of attentive, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I ended up getting a deal that I am extremely happy with. I can genuinely say that I recommend Jodi and Donna and will be back in doing more business with UTF and their Commercial Lending Program!

The financial representative was so caring, patient, knowledgeable and professional. She was excellent in resolving my issue. Most noted was her claim voice and caring attitude towards me. I really appreciate her honesty and knowledge of my concerns.

Wonderful kind people to work with. This is not a huge for profit bank who is only interested in how much money they can make from you. This is a great credit union which has a heart for people and has their best interests at heart. I loved getting a loan from them. They were kind, fast and efficient and the interest rate on my loan was much lower than the banks in my area. Credit unions were formed to benefit people. Banks were formed to make money for shareholders. I give them a 10!!!
