I had an excellent experience at North Jersey Federal Credit Union, specifically at the Totowa branch. The branch manager was truly outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and exceptionally welcoming. Every team member at the facility was courteous and attentive, creating a positive and supportive environment from start to finish. All of my questions were answered thoroughly, and the account-opening process was seamless. I opened an account for myself and also assisted my son in opening his account, and the staff made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. I am very much looking forward to introducing North Jersey Federal Credit Union to our staff at my workplace, as I believe many of them would greatly benefit from opening accounts as well. This is truly a great place to bank, and I highly recommend their services.

The credit union haves a great team, excellent management team. They were able to help me with my home equity loan. Everything was easy and transparent. Highly recommend this location.

Very disappointing experience with Teller 1020. I visited to make a cash withdrawal in the branch lobby and the teller’s tone was unprofessional and dismissive. When asked how I wanted the cash back, I requested a moment to make a quick call to confirm the breakdown, but was refused and rushed despite there being only one person behind me. When the transaction was completed, the cash was handed back in an inappropriate manner (tossed rather than properly passed through the window). Overall, the service was disrespectful and unacceptable. No customer should ever be treated this way. I expect better professionalism and customer care from this branch.

I always have an exciting experience at the North Jersey Federal Credit Union. I have been banking with them for so many years they know be by face and name. The staff and I are always laughing and talking while providing me with the help and services I need at the time. Dashawn is always willing to help me at the Totowa Branch if he’s available to do so. The North Jersey Federal Credit Staff are the best.

This Credit Union is one of a kind. I’ve been to a few but North Jersey really surprised me. I would like the staff to pay themselves on the back for such great hospitality. Thank you Ms. Shirley and Dashawn for your help and warm welcome. Amina as well. Much appreciated.
