My husband is a disabled veteran and this is his shared bank. He has been with this credit union 2009. Today he was unable to access his money because a fraud alert was issue due to the tellar accessing the account multiple times we called Hawaii and that was verified we now have to drive back again .I called twice and they weren't concerned once they said it was on Hawaii end then they said the teller didn't access more than once and the problem was the tellers are busy with everything going on around them instead of focusing on the person there waiting on. There's a turnover it seems. The teller need to speak clearly and speak loudly this is a senior with medical issues. scanning a QR code is supposed to make it more efficient. This should never have happened because teller should of called a manager to assist us. This is a waste of our time with someone who have medical issues and shouldn't have to wait . There needs to be better organization, less multi tasking and less inner talking . I'm very upset I expect and deserve better customer service .

I had the best Customer Service Ever !!! At the Members First in Vineland. Margaret took her time to make sure my online banking was working properly. She had a lot of things to go thru but she smile and never gave up. She is the best person every It took 30 -45 minutes to get everything correct but she did it , and showed me how to use the app. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. I would have given her 100 star but that not on the app. Thank you once again for all you help

Since my bank merged with them I've had nothing but problems. If you're thinking of setting up an account with them. I wouldn't unless you love getting incorrect account information then managing latest fees due to their mistakes.
