They will screw you on your auto loan!! Everybody who is actually good there left for a reason! And then they will go a year not charging you to have an account and then all the sudden start charging you for it again right about the time they know that it's going to create them getting more money for putting you in a hole! There's a reason I no longer bank with them!

Absolutely horrible, customer service does not care. I have came in and took a hour drive twice, to be told no loan officers are available and we won't have one for a few weeks. I have used loco before for my loans and car loans. Now that im back hime the place went to crap. If you call and dont have an account you have to wait for the end of the 5 min min recording...then you dont even get greeted. Its please hold and click and they hang up and you have to call back all the over again. Needless to say I went to otero credit union and got a loan and car with in 6 hours. These people are easy to get loans with but there is a price and its called sanity and no service, as you can see with there 2.6 start rating. Im very disappointed. Also notice how they only have the decency to reply good reviews only, and from the comments I would definitely say they no longer care about there customers or doing better. There just here for the money, and they cant even handle that correctly, what bank doesn't even staff loan officers..that 80 percent of the banks profit.

Zero stars would be more appropriate! I’ve financed four cars through this place over the years, but ever since the main staff retired, it’s gone downhill fast. On one of my current loans, they were deducting a $145 monthly fee for "no insurance"—something I didn’t even notice at first since my payments are set to autopay. Shaina, who is supposedly the “insurance specialist,” told me that unless my insurance company provided a letter explicitly stating they made a clerical error by not listing the vehicle, I wouldn’t be reimbursed. I contacted my insurance company, and they sent me a letter proving I had coverage during all the months I was being charged. I forwarded it to Shaina—but after two weeks, still no response. I eventually sent a follow-up email and included upper management. Only then was I given a number to a third-party company that actually handles those charges. They resolved the issue the same day. This place is a joke. If I hadn’t followed up and escalated the issue, they would’ve just kept my money.

Bad customer service. Just money hungry people anymore. Been a customer for a long time and this is how I get treated by them. I tried to stay in touch but when no one answers a phone during the day but can call you 5 mins before they close is just ridiculous.

I wish I could give negative stars. My father passed away in January of this year. When I went to close his account, they would not let me even though my address was where they knew he lived. First, they sent back his January ssi deposit that he recived February 3rd Then, slowly, every month, they took out these mysterious fees until they had drained his account. This place is a fraud and should lose their license. By reading the other reviews, I see I am not alone. Taking a dead man's money even though they knew he had passed. Then, he wouldn't close the account and send the money to his eldest son at the address where they send everything else. I guess I am secure enough to balance the account and maintain it but not secure enough to close the account. DONT TRUST YOUR MONEY HERE.
