This is not actually a Nusenda. It’s just a video machine where you can talk to a teller. Waste of time and a drive. They really need to not call this a Nusenda location. Very deceptive to call it one and I’m very disappointed in Nusenda for pulling this nonsense

I called the number and spoke to the representative about a check I’d just deposited. She was able to release the hold on it. She solved my issue!

Website and Voice recording says open till 3 DOOR SAYS 2PM what a joke. You should be having to pay ppl back the gas they waste getting to this location 😒 MANAGERS GET IT TOGETHER
