Yasmin is the sweetest ever! She did not hesitate to make me feel included when I ran late to my boyfriend’s appointment. She answered all of our questions thoroughly making sure we weren’t confused. She has such amazing energy I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed being at the bank before lol. I look forward to seeing her in the future. She’s now my bank girl!

Very highly recommended. Astrid Yasmin Cahuex at the Rio Bravo location went way far beyond expectation and provided absolute stellar customer service with my new account and used auto loan. Evita Sinclair is the epitome of customer service. Being a first time quest of the Rio Bravo location, I was a bit confused when I entered this branch as it does not appear as the more common layouts of the other locations I have visited. Evita greeted me as soon as I entered with a smile and enthusiasm which eased my confusion. I shared with her what I needed to do and she escorted me to her work station and completed my task. She asked if there was anything else she could to for me and I had one more question. Evita not only answered my question, she showed me what I needed to do and then how to do it (another branch just told me to use Zelle). Please do what ever it takes to retain Evita at the South Valley location, we need more positive helpful folks down here. Thank you Evita for talking time to help me with mom's tasks.

Excellent service at this location and super great staff. The model of no teller line is still awkward. Not sure why sunward keeps building locations like that. Wishing them the best in the valley. It's about time that sunward had a location in the SW!
