I rarely go into the branch but I went to the Eagle Ranch location yesterday to deposit a check into a joint account. I was ill-prepared, repeatedly dropping my ID, not having my account number, typical annoying customer behavior, acting like I had never stepped foot in a bank before. Fortunately, Wren was the next teller available and had the patience of a saint and greeted me like I was the most important person in the world. Wren quickly found my account number and smoothly got my transaction completed, all the while having polite but meaningful conversation with me. I apparently have been missing out on a lot of joy by only using banking apps and ATMs. (And of course, happy to see the change counter still there, normally the only other time I go into the branch.) Thank you for a great service that still has me smiling a day later. You can't train that, you are lucky to hire people that can do that naturally.

Nathan was, oh my gosh, totally one million percent AWESOME!!!! He went over everything, was so incredibly knowledgeable, and I had a problem unfreezing my TransUnion account. He was EXTREMELY patient with me, even helping me talk to TransUnion with the login, and was just so nice. I didn't feel rushed at all. I would totally go to this branch again. I've been to other US Eagle branches and was never treated as kindly as I was at this one. It's worth your time and drive to have excellent customer service from someone who actually truly cared to help out in any way they could.

I went in to inquire about a motorcycle loan and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience working with Alexsandra. She came across as rude and didn’t seem interested in helping or earning my business. When you’re making a big financial decision, you expect at least basic customer service and professionalism. It definitely left a negative impression and made me consider taking my business to another credit union.
