They cannot keep employees to save their life. My husband has been banking over there for a long time and I have been there for the last 3 years give or take. There were 2 and only 2 ladies that I would always deal with because they knew us by name and knew our account. The people that they get in there are rude and are a joke including the office manager. She never comes out of her office, she is as rude as they come, and if I didn't have to, I would not bank over there. We have the online banking with them for our auto loan and I am constantly having to have my password reset because their "system" is either messed up or is being updated. Never in my life have I had a system be out of order so much and I have worked in banking myself. This place is an absolute joke and I do not recommend them to anyone. Total waste of time.

Alise and Sherri do such a amazing job at High Desert Community Credit Union. I have the utmost respect for them both and the way the do their jobs. They both made it a great experience while getting loans and accounts. We have several loans and account with them and these two women have done a wonderful job helping us navigate everything when we applied for our loans and opened our accounts. The are very Professional and and prompted when helping me. I own a small business and do a lot of business with the Banks and credit Unions in the area, and I would put High Desert Community Credit Union at the top of the list if your looking for a great place for your money.

- 0 STAR - We have been banking with the Credit Union for over 15 years and we recently had an issue about a Dormant Fee on my Savings Account. Ever since the new CEO Dan Ford has been involved with the business, the company has gone down-hill extravagantly. We never recieved a letter stating they would start to take monthly money out of my savings account and they have been taking my money for the last two years behind my back. I tried to explain to Dan Ford my concerns, he was extremely demeaning and had no sincere interest at all about my concerns. I absolutely DO NOT Recommend banking with High Desert Community Credit Union! However, the employees there are all wonderful people. We have had a relationship with them all for over 10 years and it is sad to have to leave them. It's unfortunate that one man that doesn't care about the customers will push us away to take our business elsewhere.

I would recommend this Credit Union to anybody and everybody. Alisa and Sherry are so friendly, caring and efficient. You won't get a better team. Thanks ladies for saving us some money on our auto loan, enjoyed working with you both.

Worst banking service that I have ever had!! My auto loan was set up with direct withdraw (ACH). This means that my monthly payment should be withdrawn from my bank then applied to my auto loan. SIMPLE RIGHT? Well this place just can not seem to complete this simple task. My loan is 15 months old. I have had 5 past due notices sent to me in the mail. THREE of which I have been required to take time from work to go pay in person. NOW they want me to go in and pay TWO months worth of payments because they have FAILED to complete " this simple task " TWO months in a row. THE WORST!!
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
