Mecah and the other employees are wonderful and helpful. On the other hand, the boss, manager or whatever she’s called, Terri. She’s very disrespectful and talk down to me like I was asking a stupid question. If you can’t treat your customers with respect, then maybe you should think of working somewhere you don’t have to deal with the public!!

Awesome! The service and attention to details and most importantly they sincerely listen to us and go above and beyond to ensure we/I have a clear understanding of what was or is the situation at hand. Since joining BRECU not only are the employees courteous and professional, they know us make it a point to greet us on a personal level each time. We are very happy that we have joined with this credit union. They offer many ways to help us with our banking.

We had excellent treatment, speedy service, and a totally smooth transition. Because of their gracious loan offer, we were able to get a new car we needed on very short notice. I would highly recommend them!
